DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Daily dosage :

• Use the included spoon to measure a small amount of 250 mg of our Shilajit resin, equivalent to the size of a grain of rice.
• Take this dose once or twice daily for optimal effectiveness.

Consumption mode :

• Dissolve the resin in your favorite hot or cold beverage.
• For maximum absorption, consume Shilajit on an empty stomach, preferably mixed with warm or hot water. This will facilitate perfect dissolution of the resin.

Duration of use :

• A 30g jar of our Shilajit resin is designed to last between two and three months, depending on how often you use it.
